These terms describe how EyeShield Appliances and Tech ("EyeShield") provides its services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the points below.
EyeShield provides appliance repair and appliance installation services for household appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves and range hoods, at homes and businesses across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
Our technician will inspect your appliance, explain the problem, and give you a quote for the repair. Repair work begins only after you approve the quote. If you decide not to go ahead with a repair after diagnosis, no repair work will be done.
We offer appointments seven days a week. Appointment times are scheduled in good faith; if we ever need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as we can. Please make sure we can safely access the appliance when we arrive.
